Plastic cards
We provide full range of service related to production of plastic cards - preparing design of cards, mock-up cards, final printing and delivery to our customers.
Card design should be provided in 1:1 scale, size 88х57 mm, while real card size is 86x54 mm (extra 2 milimeters are necessary for proper cutting), resolution not less than 300 dpi, CMYK color table.
Magnetic stripe
For standard card reading devices magentic stripe 12,7 мм (0,5 inches) is used. It is locsated at distance of 4 mm from the card edge. Magetci stripe may be of low or high coercivity (LoCo / HiCo). Stripe type should be defined in the order.
Minimum order quantity and production time
Minimum order quantity is 3000 pcs. Productin time - 3-15 working days (depends on quantity to be printed)
